HMRC has launched a new online Customer Community Forum, offering support and guidance provided by agents and other HMRC experts.

The community page is now live with a variety of topics being discussed, including:

• Brexit
• Incoterms
• UK EORI number/s
• CCG applications

Forum members are able to interact with others in the community to discuss topical issues and resolve problems raised.

Although you can currently search and browse the forum without registering, you must register for an HMRC account to post & answer questions.

HMRC are encouraging companies within the UK to sign up to the forum, to help build a network of support within the community.
