Many congratulations to VARTAN’s Neil Bird who successfully completed the 2019 Simplyhealth Great East Run yesterday.
Neil’s sister-in-law, Laura, recently battled and overcame breast cancer, so Neil took part in the race as a tribute to her and as an opportunity to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Neil completed the half-marathon in a very respectable time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 41 seconds. Well done Neil!
