HomeNewsPolicy on goods arriving in GB without an import declaration

HMRC have this week published a policy for importers who have unintentionally received goods from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 in Great Britain, before they’ve had the opportunity to declare them.

CIP1 is essential reading for anyone – hauliers and importers alike – involved in the importation of goods from the EU into Great Britain.

You can find the new policy paper on the UK Government website.
