That’s why our health and wellness coaching looks at the whole person, focusing on “primary foods” – and no, we’re not talking about what’s on your plate.

Primary food refers to the essential areas of life that nourish us beyond nutrition. These elements are the real foundation of our health. When they’re depleted, no amount of kale or protein shakes will bring someone into balance.

Of course, secondary food, your actual nutrition, is still part of the picture. But we view it as complementary, not central. You can’t eat your way out of stress, burnout, or chronic fatigue.
