Financial standings periods of grace
The law has been changed to increase the maximum period of grace for financial standing that an operator can seek, from 6 months to 12 months.
Resumption of in-person tribunal hearings
In-person hearings in England will resume from July 2020, with hearings in Scotland and Wales likely to start a few weeks later, as circumstances allow.
You can find the statutory guidance in full on the gov.uk website here.
